The Robertson Rant is a Scottish Country Dance. It was devised by Mrs. Douglas Winchester in 1949 and published in RSCDS Book 39. It is a Square dance. St80. Someone thought this dance was Hard. An online description of the dance may be found here.
The animation plays at 120 counts per minute. Men are drawn as rectangles, women as ellipses. Each couple is drawn in its own color.
The dance contains the following figures: hand turn (allemande), set, circle, open ladies chain, hey, rights and lefts, Scottish allemande, promenade round, grand chain (and probably others).
