Two couples exchange places by turning partner three quarters to end facing partner up or down on the center line, then a half reel of four in the center, then turn partner three quarters to return to the sidelines. Both two hand turn, and right hand turn have been used. Left would work too.
The first example I can find of this figure is in Bonnie Stronshiray by Robert M Campbell, in 1963.
